Melanie Englebin
She made a name for herself near the Grand'Place in Brussels by opening her restaurant Cécila in 2013. She was noticed by the most demanding culinary critics and gourmet customers. She became "Young Chef of the Year" at Gault&Millau 2017. She is Mélanie Englebin. A young chef from the École Hôtelière Provinciale de Namur, well-versed in the techniques and know-how of iconic chefs (Yves Mattagne, Evan Triantopoulos, Joël Robuchon) in Belgium, London and Bora Bora. A few years later, we find Mélanie in her new establishment. The Villa Monceau in Ottignies has become her favorite place, her haven of peace and cuisine, the Holy Grail she has been searching for and, finally, found!
